In September 2004, Sophie, Joel and Peter went on a 5 day holiday to a farm stay at Castle Mountain, Quirindi NSW. Managed by Peter and Lynda Hatfield, this unique farmstay gives people an affordable opportunity to go and stay on a real farm, and enjoy an experience so different to city living.

Adding to the experience is the fact that Castle Mountain employs workers from all over the world, who work for their board and meals. So, we always end up meeting people from interesting parts of the world.
